Madonna Arms

I did the Madonna arms workout from fitnessmagazine.com for the second time yesterday.  The workout is short and it incorporates different moves, so it is interesting to me.  The only drawback I see is the last move in the series which is the 1 arm shrug.

The move feels awkward, unproductive and, in my opinion, opens up the chance for injury in the neck.  I don't recommend it.  All of the other moves are fine and DO work your arms in unique ways.
