My name is Kim and I started The Fitness Moms to provide real solutions for moms who want to get healthy and fit! I've been working out since I was a teen but nothing prepared me for the challenges that I would face with regards to my body after I became a mom.
The best way I could think of to take care of my body was to become a certified personal trainer. With the information that I learned, I wanted to help other moms in the same situation as me!
Moms face special challenges with regard to their bodies and the time they have to devote to their health. What better can we do for ourselves and our children but to find a way to take care of US?
