The fourth session yesterday of firm your fanny got cut way short by my kids. Hey, it happens and I bet it happens to you too. Don't get discouraged ~ a little workout is better than no workout! Plus, we are fitting in fitness around taking care of our kids so this is just going to happen.
The lunges that I did yesterday with my 3 lb weights were in excellent form and I felt really strong. But that was all I got in. There's always the next workout!
Frankly, the Firm Your Fanny runs a little long for my usual liking but I wanted to give it a shot since it made such high claims.
Today, I'll be doing my arms, so I'll post later on that. Are you following Firm Your Fanny? How are you working out your arms today?
