3rd Session of Firm Your Fanny

Self magazine has a workout listed as Firm Your Fanny, which I've been following this week.  I completed my third session and, although this is a 2 week 'scientific' guarantee to shrink your fanny, my control (jean shorts) do NOT fit any better at the end of week one.

That being said, I will do the second week and see if I get the results that were stated by the article.  So, stay with me and see how this plays out.
