Okay, I've completed my 10 minute upper body bootcamp workout today and I must say I feel great! The workout goes fast and I can feel my muscles working. A plus and a plus, as far as I'm concerned.
Although this short routine does make you sweat, I do plan on some cardio later with a 10 minute segment of the dance mix dvd that I mentioned yesterday.
