A Self magazine tweet claims that this lower body workout is "scientifically proven to re-size your thighs & butt in only 2 weeks." Well, this girl is putting that to the test!
The workout consists of 6 moves for 3 sets of 18 reps each and is to be done 3 times a week on non-consecutive days.
Typically I see these workouts and I may try them out but I don't stick to them and never really know if they work. Can you relate??? This time; however, I'm going to see it through and post my progress right here for myself and all of you.

Today, I'm measuring by clothes ~ a pair of jean shorts that are a bit too tight. That will be my gage.
