There are so many choices of workouts on FitTV. There has to be one that appeals to you. The one I'm into right now is Gilad Bodies in Motion. He works out on a beautiful Hawaiian beach, he's energetic (but not MANIC) and his workouts get my heart pumping. It's only 30 minutes, so I find it easy to fit into my day and my kids are also entertained by it. Bonus!
I do like some of the 60 minute programs but that's way too long for a sahm of 3 little ones ~ yikes!
So, what you need to do after you read this post is to turn on FitTV and just do whatever workout they've got going on right now. If you wait, chances are that you won't do it and your body won't improve unless you move. It doesn't matter if you finish the whole thing, just do your best. I mean YOUR best. If you quit too early, you are only cheating yourself. If you have to quit because your kids need you, then that's okay because at least you got a little workout in and that's better than nothing ~ right?
