Tuesday and Thursday 2 week challenge

Since I've taken on a lower body challenge for Monday, Wednesday and Friday ~ I can't be all out of balance...so, Tuesday and Thursday will be concentrated on upper body.

Today, I think I can spare 10 minutes for this upper body workout from fitness.com.

Normally, I concentrate more on fitting my workouts in with my daily routine of raising my children so this 2 week challenge is a little different for me.  I hope that since it's temporary, it works out.  Are YOU going to do it with me?  Surely you can spare 10 minutes!

I'll be reporting on this workout each Tuesday and Thursday to let you know how successful or unsuccessful it really is.
