WiiFit Plus Wednesday Challenge

This week's challenge is to play on the WiiFit Plus for 30 minutes.  That's it!  Easy to do, even with the kids around.  Plus, if you get interrupted, you can pause it, right?

The great thing about the WiiFit Plus is that you can go to the training section and pick which particular areas of your body you would like to work on.  Want to work on your figure? Just pick figure and it will choose the exercises for you to work your figure.  Abs? Pick it.  Shoulders? Pick it.  Pretty much any and every part.

Or you can pick exercises by MET.  METS are 1-4.  The higher the number, the more calories you burn.

Either way, set up a 30 minute routine and do it today.  Then post in the comments what you did and how you feel!
