Plie Squat

~ This is how to perform a plie squat:
  • Stand with feet wider than shoulder width apart, slightly turned out
  • Keep your abs tight to support your back
  • Bend your legs and bring your glutes down until your knees for as close to a 90 degree angle as you can get
  • Be sure not to let your knees go past your toes
  • Hold for 1 second and then press your body back up to the starting position
This is a really effective quick exercise that will tighten your glutes and your legs.  So, do it!
