Here's my workout plan for the week:
Sunday:  WiiFit 30 minutes, Hip Hop Dance 20 minutes, Plank
Monday:  30 Day Shred, 20 minute walk, Swiss Ball ab work
Tuesday:  20 minute walk
Wednesday: Michael Jackson Wii 45 minutes
Thursday: 30 Day Shred, Plank
Friday: 20 minute walk
Saturday: 30 minute resistance work
