Fat Burn Source

Here's a really helpful resource that I found with free tools that you can use to tell you how many calories you burn doing specific activities.  What I like about it is that it will give you the calorie burn in increments of 1, 5, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 minutes for all kinds of activities.

There is also another tool there that will calculate the calories you burn just existing, which is very useful because it's really all about the numbers.  Add this number to the calorie burn activity number and subtract the calories you consume and you will be in control of weight loss, gain or maintenance.  Oh yeah!!
