Christmas Challenge

Including today there are 10 days left before Christmas ~ so, I thought it would be a great time to have a challenge!  Each day I will post 1 thing that will make us healthier.  To take the challenge, all you have to do is to do that 1 thing and then the next day do that 1 thing plus the 1 previous thing and so on...

By the time we reach Christmas, we'll be doing 10 new things that will make us healthier and more fit!

Fun, right?  Let's get to it.

On the 10th day of Christmas, the challenge is:

Walk briskly for 20 minutes

Mall walking anyone?
