I'm all into simple ~ simple is the way to go!  That's why I'm suggesting today that you jump rope with your kids.

Get a couple of jump ropes, if you don't already have a couple ~ they're cheap ~ go outside and jump rope together!  Just remember being a kid, let go and have fun.  It doesn't matter if you're good or bad ~ your kids don't care!

Jumping rope is great cardiovascular excercise plus it works your upper and lower major muscle groups.  So, get out there and have fun!
