Today's Fit Friday challenge is: Play Tag

Tag involves sprints which not only build muscles but build endurance. The more muscles you grow, the more fat you burn. On top of that, the cardio is great for your heart.

Aside from the obvious body benefits, playing tag is just plain fun! You and your kids will have a ball running around. What a better way to spend some time?

Maybe invite the neighborhood kids and parents and make it a whole big tag event!
